FestivSale.com is an online store based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu, India. We sell both physical products and digital products. We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time; updated Terms will be posted on this page.

2. Eligibility

• By placing an order you confirm that all information you provide (name, address, payment details, etc.) is accurate and complete.

3. Products & Pricing

• We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices.
• Prices may change without prior notice. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Product availability is subject to change; an accepted order may be cancelled if a product is out of stock.

4. Orders

• Placing an order on FestivSale.com does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or reject orders for reasons including out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or payment failures.
• Customers may checkout as guests or create an account for faster checkout and order tracking.

5. Payments

• We accept online payments securely via Razorpay.
• By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment information.
• We do not store full card or banking details — all transactions are processed through Razorpay’s secure platform.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship only within India.
• Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout.
• Delivery times vary by location and product availability. FestivSale.com is not responsible for courier delays or events beyond our control.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Physical Products

• Returns or replacements are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is:
• Damaged,
• Defective, or
• The wrong item was delivered.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• We will inspect returned items and process refunds or replacements after approval. Refund timelines depend on the original payment method and Razorpay processing times.
• Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including perishable goods, opened food items, and clearance-sale products. Such items will be clearly marked on the product page when applicable.

Digital Products

• No returns or refunds for digital/downloadable products once delivered or accessed.
• Refunds for digital products may be considered only if a verifiable technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved.

8. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible — the return policy will apply instead.
• If an order is cancelled by FestivSale.com (for example, due to stock or payment issues), any payment already made will be refunded according to Razorpay’s processing rules.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on FestivSale.com — including logos, images, text, product descriptions, and graphics — is the property of FestivSale.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FestivSale.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the products you purchase is limited to the purchase amount paid for the specific product.

12. Governing Law
